PARAMEDIC STAFF - HC BATI-BATI

Job Summary:**

Provide emergency medical care and pre-hospital treatment to employees at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's Bati-Bati facility, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Respond promptly to medical emergencies, accidents, and illnesses within the company premises.
* Assess patient conditions, administer first aid, and provide advanced life support procedures as required, including CPR, wound care, and medication administration.
* Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, including defibrillators, oxygen tanks, and stretchers.
* Transport injured or ill employees to appropriate medical facilities while providing ongoing care and monitoring.
* Document all patient care activities, medical histories, and treatment provided accurately and thoroughly.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked medical infirmary or clinic.
* Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs and emergency response plans.
* Conduct regular health checks and screenings for employees as part of occupational health initiatives.
* Provide health education and awareness programs to employees on various medical topics.
* Collaborate with internal health and safety teams and external medical professionals when necessary.

Job Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Paramedical Science.
* Valid Paramedic license/certification in Indonesia.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic or in an emergency medical services setting, preferably in an industrial or corporate environment.
* Proficiency in administering first aid, basic life support (BLS), and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) techniques.
* Strong knowledge of emergency medical protocols, procedures, and relevant regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical fitness and ability to lift and move patients and equipment.
* Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining accurate medical records.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call duties, as needed.
