Requirements

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Previous financial aid or higher education experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with integrity.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
