ホテルの財務戦略をリードし、持続的な成長を支えるキーポジション

FCとして、ホテル全体の財務管理および会計業務を統括していただきます。財務報告、予算策定、フォーキャスト作成、内部統制の強化を通じて、ホテルの健全な経営基盤を支える重要な役割です。
オーナーや経営陣と密接に連携しながら、収益性向上とコンプライアンス遵守を推進し、ビジネス成長に貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容

財務・会計マネジメント

  • ホテル全体の財務・会計業務の統括
  • 年間予算およびフォーキャストの作成・管理
  • 予実分析および経営陣へのレポーティング
  • 月次・年次財務報告書の作成
  • キャッシュフロー管理および資金計画の策定
  • 契約交渉や投資案件に関する財務分析の実施
  • 会計基準・税務・法令への準拠の確保
  • 内部統制および監査対応の推進
  • 購買・在庫・原価管理プロセスのモニタリングと改善

経営サポート

  • オーナー、総支配人、各部門長への財務アドバイスの提供
  • ホテルの中長期的な事業計画策定への参画
  • 経営判断を支援するための各種分析資料の作成

チームマネジメント

  • 財務・経理チームの採用、育成、評価
  • チームメンバーのパフォーマンス管理およびコーチング
  • 部門目標の設定と達成に向けた組織運営
  • 人事部門と連携した人材育成および後継者育成

資格

応募資格

必須条件

  • 会計、財務、経営学等の学士号
  • ホテル業界または同等業界における財務・経理分野での実務経験
  • シニアマネジメントレベルでの財務・会計経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力および英語力
  • Excel、Word、PowerPointおよび会計システムの実務経験
  • 会計基準および財務関連法規に関する知識

歓迎条件

  • 公認会計士（CPA）資格
  • ホテル業界でのDirector of FinanceまたはAssistant Director of Finance経験
  • 多国籍企業での就業経験
