About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Own manufacturing test activities for released products.
  • Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production.
  • Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
  • Lead debugging, qualification, Gage R&R (MSC) analysis, and release of duplicate test hardware.
  • Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low yield, QA failures, and other test-related issues.
  • Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices in collaboration with process owners.
  • Drive test automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, test coverage, and product quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Within 2 years of working experience in relative field.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of software/system testing methodologies

  • Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations

  • Experience with machine language (e.g., Java, C++)

  • Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality

  • English communication, reading, writing
