About the Role
- Own manufacturing test activities for released products.
- Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production.
- Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Lead debugging, qualification, Gage R&R (MSC) analysis, and release of duplicate test hardware.
- Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low yield, QA failures, and other test-related issues.
- Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices in collaboration with process owners.
- Drive test automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, test coverage, and product quality.
Required Qualifications
Within 2 years of working experience in relative field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred.
Solid understanding of software/system testing methodologies
Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations
Experience with machine language (e.g., Java, C++)
Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality
English communication, reading, writing
