Heartview Foundation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at our Cando location. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and supporting our mission of providing compassionate substance use disorder treatment.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise all nursing operations for residential, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs.
- Manage and support nursing staff through scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate patient nursing care and ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements.
- Oversee medication inventory and medication management processes.
- Conduct nursing assessments, screenings, and care planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate Nurse Aide (NA) and Medication Assistant (MAI) certification and recertification programs.
- Review medication variance reports and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate CPR, First Aid, and other required staff training.
- Participate in the on-call nursing rotation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours, within a residential setting.

Requirements
Required:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
- Narcan administration certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- If in recovery, one must have achieved a period of sustained abstinence and be able to demonstrate successful rehabilitation and stability.
Preferred:
- Three to five years of nursing experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Experience working with substance use disorder treatment or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Starting wages are dependent on experience (DOE), with both supervisory and non-supervisory RN work considered within salary offers.
