Requirements

 The Ideal Candidate

You are articulate, disciplined,  and possess a "team-first" mentality. You understand that a high-volume fine dining kitchen is a synchronized choreography of heat, timing, and precision. You strive for culinary excellence on every plate and take feedback as a growth opportunity.

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of line cook experience in a fine dining setting required.
  • Craftsmanship: Strong foundational technique, detail orientation, and high standards suited for a full-service, fine dining establishment.
  • Communication: Able to communicate verbally on the line in an articulate, clear manner.
  • Availability: Flexible ability to work various days and hours as business dictates, supported by consistent and steady scheduling.
  • Uniform & Tools: Ability to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes.
  • Credentials: Must be at least 18 years of age (or have a valid work permit), have reliable transportation to work, and provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
