About the Role


RFgen is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Operations to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, marketing operations, and trade show programs. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, this role is responsible for executing digital campaigns, coordinating event logistics, managing marketing systems, and delivering the reporting and insights that drive marketing performance.


The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring recommendations to the team based on campaign and event performance. Experience in B2B marketing, software, SaaS, or supply chain technology is preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations


· Support the setup, deployment, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid lead programs, and other digital channels.

· Build and manage campaigns within Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, and Salesforce CRM.

· Assist with executing awareness, prospect, customer, nurture, and event campaigns.

· Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, audience lists, and deployment schedules.

· Conduct quality assurance testing to confirm links, forms, segmentation, tracking, and campaign assets are accurate before launch.

· Monitor active campaigns and help troubleshoot issues related to deployment, automation, audience selection, or campaign performance.

· Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.

· Maintain campaign documentation, project plans, and status updates to support visibility across the marketing team.


Event Marketing & Trade Show Support


· Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.

· Manage event profiles, exhibitor portals, project timelines, and event checklists.

· Coordinate the shipment of booth materials, marketing collateral, and event assets.

· Maintain event documentation and resources within SharePoint.

· Coordinate trade show kickoff communications, campaign deployment plans, and event communications for sales teams and event attendees.

· Support post-event lead management, campaign association, and follow-up activities.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that measure campaign and event performance.
  • Monitor key metrics, including engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance updates during recurring marketing and sales      meetings.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to campaign execution, processes, and marketing performance.
  • Ensure campaign reporting is supported by accurate data and consistent CRM management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or demand generation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing projects using Asana or similar project management software.
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution, CRM best practices, data integrity, marketing reporting, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, webinars, or field marketing programs.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
