Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the Emergency Department.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Clinical competence in Acute Care and Emergency/Outpatient Services
- Desirable to possess a knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques
Other Information
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) an asset
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (PALS) an asset
