We are hiring Part-Time Evening Area Leads to service communities in the Carmel, IN 46032 area. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a consistent side job that only takes a few hours each night.

Most team members work 3 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $850- $1275 per month, depending on the number of nights worked a month. 

A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required for this position.

Immediate openings available. Paid training provided.

Compensation

• $85 per service night
• Flat-rate pay structure
• Contractor (1099) position
• Paid training provided

Schedule

• Monday- Sunday schedule 
• Start time: 8:00 PM
• 3-4 hours per night, dependent on community size
• 10-15 max days per month

What You’ll Do

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
• Walk the apartment community during service hours
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures
