We are implementing a state-of-the-art SCADA-based Generation Control System to replace the existing one, ensuring seamless monitoring and control of Meridian’s diverse energy assets, including hydro, wind, and solar, from a remote location. Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing   

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and able to do their best work.
• Drive project delivery excellence across Project Alpha, embedding effective planning, governance, reporting and delivery practices.
• Partner with leaders and delivery teams to manage priorities, resources, dependencies and milestones across a complex transformation programme.
• Provide clear delivery insights and manage risks, ensuring informed decision-making and successful programme outcomes.
