The plant in Hatvan founded in 1998 and the largest production centre in the world for the Bosch Group's automotive electronics division. The company's main profile is the series production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems for the future products of the Group's Mobility Solutions business. The strategic objective of Hatvan is to play an active role in the future of automated, accident-free and environmentally friendly motoring by continuously developing its employees' expertise, high-tech manufacturing solutions.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex machine design projects while leading a talented technical team. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of mechanical engineering and machine design, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate all phases of machine design projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost efficiency
• Conduct technical reviews and analyze design specifications, manufacturing feasibility and performance requirements
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design reports, project status updates and performance metrics
• Communicate project status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and presentations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance and procurement to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine design, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project leadership or project coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and mechanical design principles
• Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies
• CAPM, PMP, MPM or other recognized project management certification is considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
• Proficiency in budget management, cost analysis and resource allocation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hungarian language skills are an advantage
