Join us in celebrating 10 years of Cyber Valley, one of Europe's leading AI and Robotics innovation ecosystems on 8th and 9th of September this year @ Tübingen. As ambassadors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for guests, partners, researchers, students, and community members.
We are looking for volunteers to serve as Event Ambassadors for our upcoming event.
To ensure smooth operations throughout the event, ambassador roles will be organized in 4-hour shifts. We would appreciate your support by signing up for a shift that best fits your availability.Your Mission
- Welcome and register attendees.
- Provide directions and answer general event questions.
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown before and after the event.
- Support session rooms by helping speakers and attendees as needed.
- Guide guests between event areas and manage audience flow.
- Distribute event materials, badges, and promotional items.
- Support exhibitors, partners, and organizing staff.
- Monitor event spaces and report any issues to the volunteer coordinator.
- Help ensure the event remains organized, safe, and enjoyable for all participants.
- Represent Cyber Valley in a professional, friendly, and inclusive manner.
Your profile
- Interest in AI, robotics, innovation, science, or technology is an advantage but not required.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
- Able to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
