Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
This role supports the design, delivery, and improvement of practical learning experiences across leadership, human skills, onboarding, and early-career programmes. The Senior Associate will work with business stakeholders, Human Capital teams, facilitators and vendors to deliver engaging, measurable learning solutions that strengthen the PwC experience.Support the Leadership & Human Skills Learning & Development agenda by designing, coordinating and delivering learning solutions that build leadership, human skills, client readiness and firmwide onboarding experience.
Design, coordinate, deliver and facilitate workshops and learning sessions on leadership, human skills, communication, collaboration, client service and professional effectiveness in an engaging and inclusive manner.
Manage new joiner onboarding and intern induction programmes, including planning, stakeholder coordination, facilitator briefing, materials and learner experience.
Apply learning design and experiential learning principles to create practical, learner-centred solutions, including workshops, simulations, case discussions, role plays and blended learning journeys.
Work with business leaders, Human Capital teams and subject matter specialists to identify capability needs and translate them into relevant learning interventions.
Facilitate selected workshops and learning sessions in an engaging and inclusive manner.
Manage programme operations, including scheduling, communications, logistics, vendor coordination, attendance tracking, feedback analysis, and reporting.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen programme impact.
Support HRDC-related administration, including grant application support, documentation, claims coordination, attendance records and compliance follow-up.
Requirements
Experience in leadership, human skills, onboarding, induction, or professional skills programmes would be an advantage.
Good understanding of learning design, adult learning, experiential learning, and blended learning approaches.
Confident facilitator with strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing learning operations, documentation, reporting, and HRDC paperwork.
Degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, talent development, onboarding, facilitation, programme management or HR-related roles.
Familiarity with digital learning tools, collaboration platforms, and basic learning data would be useful.
HRD Corp Accredited Trainer certification would be an added advantage.
