Residential Service Plumber
Climate Control — Liberty, MO

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Residential Service Plumber who wants steady call volume, consistent residential work, and a team that wins together. Performance-based pay with uncapped commission — you earn what you produce.
What You'll Do
- Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
- Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
- Educate customers and recommend the best solution for their home
- Perform high-quality repairs and installations
- Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
- Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment
- Represent Climate Control with a 5-star customer experience on every call
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission environment
- Drain and sewer experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
