We work with clients across the entire project life cycle — from initial planning studies through final construction and operations and maintenance services — on both traditional and alternative project-delivery options (design-build, public-private partnerships and financing).

How you’ll make a difference

You will contribute to the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on:

  • Land development and site civil works
  • Bulk earthworks and site grading
  • Road and pavement layouts
  • Stormwater, sewer, water and other utility infrastructure
  • Design documentation, drawings and digital models
  • Coordination of civil designs with other disciplines and existing services
  • Supporting quantity take-offs, design reviews and construction-phase queries

Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

The qualities that help you thrive :

  • Approximately 5 to 15 years of relevant civil design and drafting experience
  • Strong proficiency in 12d Model and AutoCAD
  • Experience preparing civil design models, drawings and documentation packages
  • Demonstrated experience in land development, bulk earthworks and utilities design
  • A sound understanding of civil construction practices and drawing standards
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, coordinated documentation
  • An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, a Civil Engineering Design qualification, or an equivalent technical qualification is desirable.
  • Experience using MicroStation will be highly regarded.
