As our Learning Specialist – Insurance, you’ll be at the heart of developing, supporting, and inspiring our Insurance team members. You’ll lead onboarding, guide skill development, and serve as a trusted resource for product knowledge, systems, and best practices across our Insurance business units.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a mentor, coach, and role model, demonstrating core values and guiding new team members to success.
  • Design and deliver engaging training curriculum, materials, testing, and role-play scenarios.
  • Lead new hire onboarding, ongoing training, refresher sessions, and cross‑departmental learning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, track progress, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Offer call coaching, quality monitoring, and on-the-job support.
  • Partner with Insurance leadership to establish training standards and expectations.
  • Supervise and support new Insurance team members through their early development.
  • Recognize achievements and contribute to performance evaluations.
  • Act as the lead for Insurance technology initiatives and administrator for supplier websites.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for product, system, and process questions.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong insurance industry knowledge and familiarity with insurance suppliers.
  • Experience developing or delivering training, coaching, or mentoring others.
  • Confidence working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and insurance systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve practical problems, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort presenting to groups, preparing reports, and creating clear documentation.
  • Flexibility to support training needs that may occur outside standard business hours.
