Responsibilities

  • Supervise different shifts of operations and assist Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager to deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests, creating memorable moments in the restaurant.
  • Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards.
  • Monitor service flow to ensure all details and guest requirements are met.
  • Make suitable recommendations to guests with good product knowledge.
  • Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • With 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level in restaurant operation of similar scale.
  • Diploma in in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines.
  • Enthusiastic personality with guest service oriented mindset.
  • Good food & beverage knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Verbal and Written).
