We are looking for a new colleague to join our Asset Management team—someone with experience in finance, investments, real estate, auditing, or data analysis who wants to build a long-term career in asset management.
Job Description
What you will do
- Gradually take ownership of an assigned property portfolio and drive its long-term development.
- Manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, investment planning, and evaluating property performance.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase portfolio value and operational efficiency.
- Support the preparation and evaluation of investment projects.
- Work closely with colleagues in Asset Management and across the business, particularly in Sustainability, Property & Facility Management, Project Management, Finance, and Data Analytics.
- Participate in initiatives focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and the long-term value of the portfolio.
- Prepare regular reports and work with data to support strategic portfolio decisions.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for
- Relevant professional experience in finance, investments, capital market, property valuation, auditing, data analysis, real estate, property management, or a related field.
- A university degree in economics, engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in asset management and a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in Czech and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence using English in your daily work.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and identify meaningful insights.
- A valid Category B driver's license.
