Content Analyst

A Content Analyst (Lead Analyst) - Exchange Traded Content is tasked on maintaining Real Time data on Workspace and exemplifying expertise on Reference and End-of-Day data from Stock Exchanges to key databases.
Responsibilities:
- Process, maintain, and update real-time and end-of-day data accurately and timely in key databases using technical and financial expertise.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in line with company standards across covered markets, products, and asset classes.
- Take ownership as point of contact (POC) for data quality and deliver high productivity and efficiency in data operations.
- Maintain continuous exchange real-time data feeds and update related reference data systems.
- Apply proactive quality control measures, conduct investigations on data issues, and implement effective resolutions and preventive actions.
- Handle client queries, provide timely resolutions, and communicate exchange-traded information clearly across global teams.
- Adhere to and implement data policies, operational standards, and change control procedures, including participation in project testing and providing expert user feedback for system enhancements.
- Maximize the use of tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and content quality.
- Build and maintain knowledge of financial regulations, market practices, and conventions relevant to the supported markets.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and partners to meet business targets and client needs.
- Work independently and within teams to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and learning-oriented work environment.
- Flexibility to support operational requirements across APAC, EMEA, and AMER time zones.
