The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, community development, content oversight and hands-on social media execution.

[What you will be working on]

•            Develop, coordinate and maintain content strategies and calendars across RP's seven school social media accounts, ensuring purposeful, consistent and audience-relevant output.

•            Develop engagement touchpoints with recent alumni and identify opportunities for advocacy, content collaboration and longer-term community involvement.

•            Develop the annual training roadmap for school representatives and student creators, aligned with RP's content priorities and evolving social media practices.

•            Coach student creators, review work in progress, provide constructive feedback and troubleshoot production or engagement challenges.

•            Support Open House and EAEvolution as an active committee member, including planning, procurement, administrative coordination, event-day operations and post-event reporting.

•            Work closely with OCC's social media team to ensure school-level content complements RP's main institutional channels and wider communications priorities.

[What we are looking for]

•            Possess a relevant qualification in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing, Business or a related field.

•            Relevant experience in social media strategy, content planning, community management or stakeholder engagement; experience in an education or youth-focused environment would be advantageous.

•            Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills, with practical experience producing social media content across photography, videography and short-form video.

•            Able to interpret social media performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and content improvements.

•            Strong facilitation, coaching and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage staff, students and alumni.
