Process Technician PCB-THT Coating (f/m/d)


Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Process Technician for PCB-THT Coating, you ensure reliable, efficient and high-quality coating processes in our manufacturing environment. You provide technical support for our coating equipment, drive process improvements and help introduce innovative technologies into production. Your skills play a key role in maintaining product quality, process stability and the continuous advancement of our manufacturing capabilities..


In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite.


  • Support, optimize and program coating systems within the PCB-THT manufacturing area.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase quality, stability and efficiency.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions and support their implementation into production.
  • Provide technological support for ongoing manufacturing operations and contribute to new equipment projects up to commissioning.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • Completed technical education (technical apprenticeship, HTL, university of applied sciences, or comparable qualification)
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, process optimization and quality-related topics
  • Technical understanding of production equipment and automated manufacturing processes
  • Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Innovative thinking, initiative and continuous improvement mindset
  • Good communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of quality awareness, consistency and accountability

The minimum annual compensation for this full-time position is EUR 54 439,42 gross per year as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience.
