Salary: $95,722 - $100,956 (Plus 12.5%25 Super) 
Location: North Canberra Hospital 
Section: Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology Unit

About the Role:


Are you a motivated administration, rostering and payroll professional with experience in a healthcare environment and a passion for supporting high-quality patient care?

 

North Canberra Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Cardiology Unit are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Support Officer to coordinate medical workforce rostering, payroll administration, locum engagement, and recruitment support. This position would suit those with experience in acute and critical care medication administration. 

 

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to workforce planning, business improvement initiatives, accreditation activities, and governance requirements, helping to ensure the smooth operation of these critical clinical services.

 

Success in this role requires excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for both employees and patients.
