What is a Strategic Assistant Program?

Strategic Assistant Program provides a fast-track growth opportunity for exceptionally promising fresh graduates to become the digital leaders of tomorrow. Strategic Assistants join as trainees and go through challenging rotations supported by formal learning, and upon completion of the 12 Months program get absorbed into a permanent role basis on adequate performance evaluation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for confident self-starters with leadership potential and the ability to build relationships in a collaborative environment. The candidate’s personal values are aligned with the Banglalink's cultural principles inspired by the VEON Manifestos. Strong commercial and technological awareness will be vital, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. 

Eligibility:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree from any recognized public/private universities in Bangladesh or, from recognized foreign institutions
  • Good balance between academic and extracurricular activities
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates up to one-year full-time work experience may apply
