Stellenbeschreibung

• Durchführung von handwerklichen Tätigkeiten am Standort (z.B. Baumeisterarbeiten, Kleinreparaturen, Umzugs- und Aufräumarbeiten, Kleintransporte)
• Umsetzung von Aufgaben im Facility-Management und Instandhaltungsbereich
• Betreuung unserer Außenanlagen (wie Gartenarbeiten, Winterdienst und Verputz- und Malerarbeiten)
• Unterstützung von externen Dienstleistern
• Diverse Reinigungsarbeiten

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Baugewerbe
• Fachübergreifendes Grundverständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
• Selbständiges und verlässliches Arbeiten
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Idealerweise Staplerführerschein
• Kenntnisse in Elektrik von Vorteil
• Einsatzbereitschaft
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
