About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within one of two core platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on capital raising and building strong, long-term investor relationships, while the Investment platform drives capital deployment decisions, evaluates investment opportunities, and manages portfolios to create value for our investors. Together, these platforms aim to deliver sustainable returns through a diversified suite of products, including listed REITs and business trusts, as well as private funds investing globally across real estate, infrastructure, data centres, and alternative asset classes. Throughout the 2-year programme, you will have the opportunity to take on at least one distinct and customised role, with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across both the Fund Management and Investment platforms. Rotations may include: • Investment Management (Funds) • Investment Management (REIT/Trust) • Asset Management This will provide hands-on exposure across the investment and portfolio lifecycle, including: • evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities • financial modelling and investment analysis • deal execution and transaction support • ongoing portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and value creation initiatives You will be allocated to specific asset classes (Infrastructure, Data Centres, or Real Estate) based on (i) performance during the selection process and (ii) your demonstrated interests, enabling you to build both sector expertise and investment capabilities. Beyond your core responsibilities, you will also participate in cross-functional and project-based assignments, gaining exposure to different aspects of portfolio strategy and execution. Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing candidates may be considered for enrolment into Keppel’s leadership development programmes. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accountancy or related disciplines • Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, financial analysis, and problem-solving • Detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of work • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (financial modelling skills will be an advantage) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Alignment with Keppel’s core values
