About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising potential job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

This role sits within the Finance department in Centralised Functions. You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised role with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel’s businesses in a variety of functions which may include:
• Accounting & Finance Services
• Business Solutions & Controls
• Finance Business Partner
• Internal Audit
• Risk & Compliance

You will gain an understanding of the Company’s Finance/ Accounting processes and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be expected to participate in projects as part of your development.

Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria.

Job Requirement: • Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline • A good degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related disciplines • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to connect and engage with all levels of the organization. • Passionate about the organisation and individual development. • Alignment with Keppel’s core values
