About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within Keppel’s Connectivity Division. Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows: • A rotational stint within Keppel DCN division in Technology and/or Operational Track (Technical Solutions, Technical Operations, Project Management, Business and Project Ops, Smart DC/Innovation etc.) which provides you with an all-rounded knowledge in the daily business activities of a data centre. • The skillsets and knowledge learned from these rotations are closely related, giving you a strong foundation to excel in various roles within the DCN division. You will be poised for progression with your cumulated experience and exposure to various functions of the data centre business. Job Description: • An opportunity to apply your knowledge to real world scenarios, with your involvement in the development of business and engineering activities for prospective projects and deal engagements across APAC and Europe. • Given regional exposures and opportunities to support these regional project development • The skills learned are closely related to the skillset requirements in other teams not limited to Technical Solutions, Technical Operations, Project Management, Business and Project Ops, Smart DC/Innovation, giving you a strong foundation to excel in other roles within the business unit • Progression with your cumulated experience and exposure to various functions of the data centre business • Create strong foundation set from different exposures, will also benefit other financial, business or investments roles, which are also possible as part of your KAP rotations • KAP provides invaluable exposure to cross division interactions, networking with like-minded colleagues and management, and strong leadership cultivation • You will be required to travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirement • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil & Structural Engineering/Architectural Engineering • A good degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil & Structural Engineering/Architectural Engineering or related disciplines with strong academic achievements • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • High motivation with strong learning ability • Alignment with Keppel’s core values
