About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world’s most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising potential job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

This role sits within the Human Resources department in Centralised Functions. Through job rotations and cross-disciplinary assignments, you will be given exposure to at least 2 HR functions supporting Keppel’s businesses globally. These may include:
• Business HR
• Compensation & Benefits
• Learning & Development
• Early Careers
• Talent Management
• HR Governance

Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will also participate in stretched projects to accelerate your development. You will gain a deep understanding of the Company’s people strategy and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria.
