Job Description

  • Support pipeline planning, portfolio tracking, and annual planning cycles

  • Coordinate governance processes, ensuring quality and completeness

  • Maintain portfolio visibility, forecasting, and resourcing insights

  • Support stakeholder alignment on planning, obsolescence, and risk mitigation initiatives

  • Drive staff engagement, communications, and capability-building activities

  • Support day-to-day operations including procure-to-pay and workforce administration

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years of working experience in Planning & Management
  • Background in governance process, good to have banking or finance knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to 1 year contract role
