About the Role

Kids & Company operates over 100 childcare centres across Canada and continues to grow. We are currently hiring both Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and Infant Toddler Educators (ITs) to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care and supervision in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Implement an Emergent Curriculum and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Maintain attendance, documentation, and daily reports
  • Support children's emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being
  • Collaborate with families, team members, and external professionals as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
  • For IT Educators: Support infant and toddler routines including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules

Qualifications

ECE/ IT Position:

  • Valid British Columbia ECE License
  • Valid Infant Toddler (IT) Certification

All Candidates Must Have:

  • Current Criminal Record Check
  • Valid Child Care First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Up-to-date immunizations
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
