POSITION: Federal Work Study – Financial Aid Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Financial Aid Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General clerical work such as filing and data entry
- Call students to remind them to complete financial aid requirements
- Complete the FWS orientation
- Performs additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study and enrolled full time at the University of Saint Mary
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer skills or a willingness to learn
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
