Loss prevention HSE Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of loss prevention programs, detecting and eliminating hazards to prevent accidents, injuries or property damage. They will develop, maintain and update safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Responsibilities
- Driving and implementing the company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across different departments.
- Developing and managing the overall loss prevention program, ensuring audits and self-assessment checks for compliance.
- Conducting regular site safety inspections and ensuring corrective actions are taken for any safety observations and incidents.
- Providing HSE guidance and support for staff and contractors, including risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safety training.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations for safety-related technical documents and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Preparing and presenting HSE reports to management and clients when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in loss prevention or HSE management within the oil and energy industry.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards related to loss prevention and HSE.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to deliver objectives across different departments.
- Ability to prepare and present clear, effective, and concise HSE reports to management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in driving and implementing HSE policies and procedures that resulted in improving the overall HSE performance of an organization.
