About the Role

Overview

Position Title: Maintenance Technician – General Position Type: Full Time    Maintenance Technician Position SummaryPerforms various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of skilled nursing facility. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by Capitol Hill Healthcare.   Maintenance Tech Job Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Specialized training, certification, licensure or schooling preferred. 2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience.Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.Valid Alabama Driver’s License with good driving record.This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
