Through our directory, people can find the right clinician by specialism, approach, language and availability. Every clinician is checked for current registration and licensure. Every approach is evidence-based.
Alongside the platform, we work with mental health specialists to create free educational content and awareness campaigns covering depression, anxiety, autism, trauma and wellbeing to reduce stigma and combat misinformation. Our MindFriend Talk podcast and social channels bring clinical expertise to a wider audience, and MindFriend Pro extends our work into the workplace through occupational psychology.
We welcome licensed mental health professionals, researchers, educators and organisations who share our goal: making mental health support and knowledge accessible, ethical and stigma-free.

The Role
To support our rapid growth and protect the ethical integrity of our free clinician ecosystem, we are looking for Strategic & Clinical Advisory Board Member. We are looking for mission-aligned leaders to lend their credibility, high-level perspective, and guidance.
Who We Are Looking For (Two Tracks)
We are inviting experts who qualify under either of the following:
- Executive & Governance Track:
- Current or former Founders, CEOs, or Board Members of notable organisations.
- Senior leaders from relevant NGOs, non-profits, or government bodies focused on public health, mental health advocacy, social impact or relevant.
- Clinical & Psychiatric Track:
- Licensed or registered Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists or similar.
- Practitioners passionate about digital health ethics, professional standards, and expanding access to free mental health resources.
Role Expectations & Commitments
- Low Operational Friction: Designed specifically for busy executives and active clinicians. No daily or weekly operational deliverables.
- Annual Advisory Meeting: Participate in 1-2 formal advisory session per year to review strategic direction and platform standards.
- Event & Ambassador Representation: Occasionally join us at select industry conferences, community meetups, or sponsored events.
Compensation, Perks & Travel
- Paid Meetings: $120/hour for all advisory sessions and consulting meetings.
- All-Expenses-Paid Travel: All flights, hotel accommodations, and logistics for annual meetings or sponsored trips are 100% covered by MindFriend.
- High-Profile Visibility: Featured as a trusted Board Advisor across MindFriend.com, our public directories, pitch decks, and brand materials.
