Job Description

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH after successfully completing the probation period)

Salary: Base salary + quarterly bonus

In this role, you will take ownership of filling client shift requirements quickly and efficiently by engaging with both new and existing nurses, assistant nurses and disability support workers within our workforce pool. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to support newly onboarded nurses into active placements while maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.

You will thrive in a fast-moving operational environment, balancing inbound and outbound communication, workforce coordination, database management, and proactive candidate engagement to maximise placement opportunities.

Day to Day! 

  • Coordinate casual nursing shifts.
  • Build relationships with nurses and clients.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Update candidate records.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Lets talk about you! 

You will be highly organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, allocations, sales, or call centre settings. You will bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, confidence working both independently and within a team, and solid administrative and booking system capabilities. Experience within healthcare, nursing, aged care, or casual staffing environments will be highly regarded.
