Job Description

Love sunny days, meeting new people, and being at the heart of the holiday fun? As a Casual Pool Attendant at NRMA Darlington Beach Resort, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests during the busy school holiday and summer season.

What you will do:

With multiple positions available, this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for flexible work in a vibrant resort environment. You'll be the friendly face around our pool precinct, helping guests make the most of their stay while ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and ready for fun.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed poolside atmosphere
  • Monitoring pool areas and supporting the enforcement of pool safety guidelines
  • Promoting a safe environment for guests of all ages
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of pool and surrounding areas
  • Keeping an eye on guest activity and responding appropriately when required
  • Liaising with the Grounds and Maintenance teams to help keep facilities in top condition
  • Delivering great customer service and assistance to guests throughout their stay

What you will bring:

  • Must be aged 16 years or over
  • Valid NSW Working with Children's Check
  • Current CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain)

You'll bring a positive attitude, lots of energy, and a passion for providing great customer experiences. Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work weekends, public holidays, and throughout the busy summer period are essential.
