The Role

Working within the Operations team at Ovation Research – TEG's online research and insights business, you will lead end-to-end execution of full-service market research projects for our clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, setting up and implementing strategies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope, while collaborating closely with account management, technical, and data teams.

Outcomes to deliver:

In this role, you will:

  • End-to-end project delivery: Lead full-cycle execution of online market research projects, building detailed delivery plans, sample plans, and contingency strategies that keep projects on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Client consultation & stakeholder management: Act as an operational lead and trusted advisor, guiding clients on survey deployment, member engagement, and data quality, and communicating progress proactively across the project lifecycle
  • Data oversight & quality assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on data outputs and survey setups, using tools such as SPSS, Q, and Excel to verify sample integrity and ensure compliance with TEG privacy standards and industry regulations
  • Vendor & team collaboration: Coordinate third-party sample vendors and technology suppliers, working as an active team player with account management, technical, and data teams to achieve collective delivery goals

Capabilities to bring

You'll be a strong fit for this role if you bring:

  • Research Operations Experience: 2+ years' hands-on project management or fieldwork experience within online market research or insights agencies, with a strong understanding of panel methodology and fieldwork processes.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and sub-contracted partners, and communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Team-First Mindset : Outstanding communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance, and a genuine willingness to support colleagues to achieve delivery goals.
  • Flexibility & Problem-Solving: Strong self-time management skills, the flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend fieldwork deadlines, and the ability to troubleshoot technical or logic issues under pressure.
