About the role

Regional Commercial Leadership & Strategy 
• Own and be accountable for the overall commercial performance across Jiangsu Province, including volume, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets. 
• Develop and execute differentiated business strategies for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities, reflecting varying levels of market maturity, channel development and consumer demand. 
• Identify growth opportunities across key cities and channels to accelerate premium and luxury portfolio penetration. 
• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to deliver sustainable growth and market share gains. 
 
Distributor Management & Capability Development 
• Build strong strategic relationships with distributors across Jiangsu Province and lead regular business reviews to assess performance and growth opportunities. 
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key distributors to align commercial objectives, execution priorities and investment plans. 
• Set sales targets, monitor execution quality and drive accountability through distributor management routines. 
• Coach and develop distributor leadership teams to strengthen commercial capabilities and improve business performance. 
 
Field Force Management & Market Execution 
• Lead and influence distributor sales representatives across the province to ensure effective coverage, outlet penetration and execution excellence. 
• Establish sales call plans, route-to-market priorities and execution standards appropriate to each city tier. 
• Monitor distributor sales force productivity, KPI achievement and market coverage effectiveness. 
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate in-market execution, identify gaps and implement corrective actions. 
 
Customer & Channel Development 
• Develop relationships with key local customers and priority accounts across on-trade, off-trade and specialty channels. 
• Expand distribution footprint and availability of priority brands across target markets. 
• Drive customer-specific business plans, promotional initiatives and commercial negotiations to maximize growth opportunities. 
• Strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement through effective activation and execution. 
 
Commercial Planning & Performance Management 
• Manage regional investment, trade spend and promotional resources to maximize return on investment. 
• Review market performance, sales forecasts and business trends to identify risks and opportunities. 
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitive activity, customer developments and consumer trends. 
• Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams to ensure effective execution of regional priorities. 

About You

  • 15+ years of sales, distributor management, or customer development experience within FMCG, Wine & Spirits, Consumer Goods, or multinational organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex distributor networks and delivering commercial results across multiple cities or regions.
  • Experience leading business development initiatives, distributor capability building, and market expansion programs.
