Job Summary:
As a Document & Business Solutions Receipt & Distribution Specialist in Geneva, you will partner with your colleagues to deliver mail, print, and document products across two production environments. You will alternate between locations to meet customer and company needs, ensuring deadlines, quality, and productivity standards are achieved. Reporting locally to a Team Lead and directly to a manager in Frankfurt, you will play a key role in supporting clients and maintaining robust control procedures. Your work will help safeguard confidential information and support the team’s professional service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate functional equipment including mail, printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, x-ray, and confidential paper bins.
- Support print and finish requests and assist with client tickets for confidential paper bins.
- Scan documents and integrate files into agreed document workflows and depositories.
- Arrange courier collections, including preparing manifests and documentation.
- Identify non-compliant activities, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintain basic record keeping and track data as required by management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate intermediate written and spoken English and communication skills.
- Provide attentive and positive customer service.
- Follow directions, show initiative, and perform duties under minimal supervision.
- Work flexibly and productively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Exhibit detail and deadline orientation, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding personal and confidential information.
- Understand risk and control for assigned activities and maintain safe working practices related to Health & Safety.
- Use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level, including email and calendar functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in office-based services or mailroom environments.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as package lockers, scanners, and tracking devices.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Previous experience supporting clients with document preparation.
