Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

  • Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
  • Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments 
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy 
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
