About the Client
Our client is the Founder of a Consulting firm that helps organizations deliver large-scale business transformation, AI strategy, governance, operating model redesign, and organizational change.
Having spent years leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in senior corporate leadership, the founder is now building the consulting practice and is seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant who can become a strategic support partner—not simply an administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate enjoys research, understands executive-level communication, thinks critically, and can represent a senior consultant professionally.
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical, research-oriented Virtual Assistant who will support our client's executive visibility strategy, strategic partnership development, and professional brand positioning.
Unlike traditional lead generation roles, this position focuses on identifying high-value opportunities where senior executives, board members, transformation leaders, and decision-makers gather.
This role requires excellent research skills, exceptional written English, LinkedIn familiarity, and the ability to communicate professionally with executive audiences.
The successful candidate will become an extension of the founder's consulting team.
