Position Summary


We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 0–3 years of experience in electrical design and systems development. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in circuit analysis, electronics, and control systems, along with hands-on familiarity with lab equipment and basic prototyping skills. Experience with ECAD tools such as Altium or KiCAD is a plus, as is comfort with microcontroller programming. This is a support-oriented role requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. The Electrical Engineer will assist in the design and development of both new and existing products under the guidance of senior engineers. 

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in production support and problem resolution 
  • Test and debug programs for accuracy and functionality 
  • Assist in designing electrical systems or products. 
  • Perform calculations and simulations. 
  • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting. 
  • Prepare technical drawings and documentation. 
  • Work with senior engineers on projects. 
  • Help ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Work with a multi-disciplined team.   
  • Use technical organization skills to plan and complete tasks 
  • Provide alternative solutions to issues 


Requirements

 

Requirements/Experience: 0-3years 

  • New Product development experience from concept through completion? 
  • Strong academic foundation in: 
  • Circuit analysis  
  • Electronics  
  • Power systems  
  • Control systems  
  • Signals and systems  
  • Electromagnetics (depending on the industry) 
  • Ability to read and create electrical schematics and diagrams.  
  • Circuit Board?Design (preferred)  
  • Familiarity with CAD/design tools such as: 
  • ECAD tools - Altium, Mentor, KiCAD 
  • MCAD tools – Solidworks, Fusion 360,  
  • Simulation tools – LTSpice, etc 
  • Microcontroller?programming (preferred) 
  • C/C++ 
  • Python 
  • Cable Harness Design/Prototyping 
  • EMC and Safety Testing (preferred) 

Technical Skills: 

  • Basic Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting electrical systems 
  • Experience with lab test equipment 
  • Multimeters 
  • Oscilloscopes 
  • Powers Supplies 
  • Function Generators 
  • Data loggers 
  • Basic soldering skills - SMT (min 0603) and Thru-Hole 
  • Cable harness prototyping 
  • Circuit board prototyping 
  • Mechanically inclined
