Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may extend based on workload)
About the Role
Franklin Building Supply's Doorshop is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who wants to learn the trade, work with their hands, and grow into a skilled production position. You'll help load and check deliveries, support multiple stages of the production process, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand.
What You'll Do
- Check and help load drivers for deliveries
- Learn production processes to assist with prep work and pocket door frame assembly
- Build trim packs and hardware packs
- Help unload trucks
- Fill in on various tasks as needed across the shop
- Drive for the company as needed (must hold a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements)
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- A reasonable, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for the company
- Willingness to learn new skills in a production environment
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of carpentry
Physical Requirements
- This role requires regular lifting of up to 100 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and manual work throughout the shift in a warehouse/production environment.
