About the Role

Description

Build Meaningful Connections. Create Lasting Impact.

At Spark Learning, we're more than an ABA provider—we're a community dedicated to helping children thrive.

As a locally owned, BCBA-led organization, we use a naturalistic, play-based approach to therapy that meets children where they are and helps them build the skills they need to succeed. Our team believes learning happens best through meaningful relationships, engaging experiences, and individualized support.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or exploring a future career in ABA, psychology, education, speech therapy, or child development, Spark offers the mentorship, support, and hands-on experience to help you grow.

What You'll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning, you'll work directly with children and families to support skill development, independence, and confidence through play-based, evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions that promote learning through play and meaningful interactions.
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
  • Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
  • Implement behavior support strategies while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have a passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
  • Are interested in ABA, psychology, education, speech-language pathology, child development, social work, or related fields.
  • Bring a positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to your work.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a supportive team.
  • Are open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Want a career where you can make a meaningful difference every day.

Experience is valuable, but a willingness to learn and a passion for helping children succeed are just as important.

Why Spark?

  • Play-Based Therapy

We believe therapy should be engaging, fun, and meaningful for both children and therapists.
