The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company. We were established in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing and Postmark. 

Geyserville Winery is looking to add an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician III to the team. The Facilities Maintenance Technician III supports maintenance objectives in areas of equipment and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on the bottling department. This includes but is not limited to: Performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all bottling related equipment, as well as assisting with winery, production, and facilities as necessary.

 

What we will ask you to do:

  • Monitor and ensure bottling machinery is in safe working order.
  • Design and implement safety modifications and upgrades.
  • Generate and maintain LOTO procedures for all bottling and production/winery related equipment.
  • Maintain interdepartmental communication with Production Manager, Winery Management, Quality Control and operations for daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects. 
  • Schedule major repairs for non-production time with Department Manager. 
  • Conduct maintenance on Bottling Line, troubleshoots, and repairs, with an emphasis on uptime and overall equipment efficiency. 
  • Order, organize, and maintain bottling spare parts inventory. 

 

What you will need:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in bottling maintenance or related field. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows based programs, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate effectively with co-workers, and all levels of management in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to perform in a production environment with minimal supervision. 
  • Class C drivers license required. 
  • High speed bottling production experience preferred. 
  • Fabricate and machine parts as required.

  • The hourly pay range for this position is $33.65 - $42.07.
