About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established document control procedures.
  • Continuously improve document control processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and industry standards.
  • Verify that documents are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Document Management
  • Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals.
  • Oversee the intake, scanning, verification, and storage of documents.
  • Produce document progress reports for senior managers to monitor project timelines and document status.
  • Report any errors or developments related to document storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage the flow of documents in and out of the department.
  • File and archive relevant documentation systematically.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records in an organized manner
  • Retrieve files for other employees and customers when needed.
  • Assist employees with accessing documents through the document management system.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with manager and engineers from Damac Digital, Damac, contractors and customers on specific tasks
Very organised and able to conduct essential business calmly and focused under pressure
Highly motivated and with a ‘can do’ attitude
