We're looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on Sample Distribution Coordinator to keep our architectural samples moving and our customers impressed. If you enjoy variety in your day, like working with your hands, and take pride in delivering quality work, this could be the perfect fit.


What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same! You'll be:

  • Assemble architectural block and WorkRite sample kits for our sales team.
  • Cut masonry block, prepare face shells, and create sample pieces.
  • Clean, label, and package samples with attention to detail.
  • Ship samples and plant materials via UPS.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure every shipment is accurate and meets expectations.
  • Track outgoing samples and maintain organized inventory records.
  • Operate forklifts and wheel loaders as needed (training/certification required).
  • Assist our Quality Control team in the plant or at customer job sites.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What We're Looking For

You're someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in a job well done.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the masonry or building materials industry.
  • Forklift certification (or the ability to become certified).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work overtime during busy seasons.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving.

You'll work both indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather while safely operating equipment and handling building materials. Safety is always our top priority.


Physical Requirements

This position requires:

  • Walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and standing throughout the day.
  • Safely lifting up to 90 pounds.
  • Operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
