Looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in one of Arizona's newest luxury apartment communities?
The Villas at Riverwalk, a brand-new Class A luxury apartment community nestled in the beautiful town of Camp Verde, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our growing team.
If you love meeting new people, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and want to be part of an exciting new community, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and provide outstanding customer service.
- Conduct engaging community and apartment tours.
- Answer leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with lease applications and move-in paperwork.
- Build relationships with current and future residents.
- Help maintain a professional, inviting leasing office and model homes.
- Support community marketing and resident events.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
