We will open evo Hotel Tahoe City in Winter 2024/2025, and evo Hotel Hakuba in Winter 2024. To support this work we have two skateparks, All Together Skate Park Salt Lake, and All Together Skatepark Seattle, where kids lives are positively impacted by the love of skateboarding.

The Job

The All Together Skatepark Lead is responsible for assisting the park leadership with managing operations of the entire park, while helping develop part-time employees to achieve high levels of customer service and positive sales results. The Lead assists in upholding the physical representation of the ATS brand experience on a level, while contributing to store sales and operational oversight of the park. The Lead will support the store with skate camps, promotional, and community events throughout the year


Schedule Requirements: This is a Full-time, year-round position where weekend and Holiday availability is required.

The Opportunity

  • Work directly with the park manager to oversee employee productivity, customer experience, and maintaining ATS visual merchandising standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the park employees by providing consistent actionable feedback, timely reviews, and ongoing coaching.
  • Respectfully communicate with all store staff and all other departments within ATS’s partner store, evo to build strong trusting relationships.
  • Hold all frontline employees accountable to code of conduct. Provide on-the-spot coaching to staff (performance, customer service, work ethic, encouragement).
  • Lead by example to reach goals and expectations set by the store leadership team.
  • Assist the evo’s store leadership team to execute store sales/promotions, markdowns, transfers, and merchandising projects.
  • Assist the park manager to maximize store efficiency by minimizing labor expenses with time management skills and effective decision making.
  • Assist the park manager and evo store team with all opening and closing responsibilities: open/close registers to ensure accuracy (communicate to management of errors) and lead the nightly walkthroughs.
  • Thoroughly learn all daily processes and required systems including NetSuite, evoPOS, and be happily available to help at registers/customers when needed.
  • Exemplify customer service; set the bar/standard. Be welcoming and kind to all and be able to show up to work every day with an infectious positive energy and demeanor.
  • Lead product trainings/clinics with all new hires.
  • Checking in with staff during skate camp season, manage lunch schedules, and shop coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

The Must Haves

  • At least 6 months of skate retail sales experience.
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a high energy, fast-paced omni-channel retail/skatepark environment
  • Experience in Point of Sale System
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and remains productive during down-time
  • Enjoy working with groups with a variety of different people where the setting changes daily.
  • Honest communicator who welcomes the exchange of direct feedback

The base wage for this role ranges from $18.27 to $21.69/hr Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
